As a child, Chas Carner was inspired by Benjamin Franklin’s aphorisms and started writing his own. Now, 60 years later, he and artist Hani Shihada combine their words and images in a traditional and shareable form, and in many languages.

OneThoughts is a postcard book aiming to inspire optimism and reflection. The first volume includes 20 uniquely illustrated postcards featuring aphorisms on life, empathy, change, and resilience, each translated into multiple languages, making the messages accessible globally.

The artwork balances Chas's thought-provoking phrases with Hani's visually diverse designs. The beginning of a planned series, the cards Chas’s knack for impactful words with Hani's artistic interpretations, creating a collectible experience of universal inspiration.
